Payments
Payment is due at time of purchase . Our shop accepts major credit cards, debit cards and also PayPal payments. If your payment shows as pending or processing or is an eCheck through PayPal, your order will not ship until your payment has cleared your bank and the funds are available in our PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout account.

We use FedEX, USPS, and UPS depending on the item being shipped.
Please note, the address you have filed on your Etsy account is where we will be shipping your product. Please contact us if you would like it to be shipped to another location.
The general processing time is 1-2 weeks for your order to be produced and shipped after your payment has processed.
The product is only shipped within the U.S.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for theft or damage AFTER the package has been delivered. Should this happen (hopefully it will not!), we will make sure you have all of the information you need to file a mail theft report and we will file a claim if needed.

We are currently shipping ONLY within 60 miles of the Dayton, Ohio area. If interested in a listing, please message us, and we can give you a shipping quote.
If you'd like to save on the shipping cost, items are also available for pickup.
Should you need a product by a specific date, please let us know so we can accommodate your wishes. Sometimes our pieces need time to dry.

Returns and exchange details
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Orders are placed immediately into production. We are not always able to get to messages before it has been put into production.
We do not accept returns or refunds. Each order is made custom for each order. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong color option or if they are unhappy with their color choice once delivered
If you have received something damaged please do not throw away packaging or item, as we will need photos and the item returned in order to file a claim.

All of our items are handmade so there will be slight differences from the photo.
Some of our products are furnished with a polyurethane coating which can be sensitive to heat. Please do not place them close to highly heated objects or open flames.
As with any wooden fixture, they can catch fire. Please be responsible and aware of the product's surroundings.
